WILDLIFE SAFARIS TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
OPTIONS:
We require a deposit equal to 30% of the tour price to confirm advance bookings and the balance is payable before departure
according to instructions.
1. Credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Diners (& American Express on request). Please use the Debit Authorisation Form below and fax to our secure office number

DEBIT AUTHORISATION:
Passengers paying by Credit Card are kindly requested to
fill out our Debit Authorisation Form
(click here!) - type in your card details, print, sign & fax back to our office or scan & send it as an email attachment. Once the deposit is paid, confirmation will be emailed to you.
Payment to Waybury
Guesthouse for accommodation, day tours and airport transfers can also be included in this Debit Authorisation
Form.
2. Electronic
Transfer
Please request our banking details plus Swift
code & pay via your personal computer .
3. International Bank Transfer
Please request our banking details plus Swift
code & arrange payment via your bank.
4. Talk to Us
If none of the above options are acceptable to
you , please email & advise us how you wish to
send credit card details or make payment.
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be sent to our office in writing. Cancellations received within 35 days of departure
will incur a cancellation fee between 30 - 100%
of the tour price. There will be no refund on unused services or meals whilst on tour. Passengers are strongly advised to
arrange cancellation insurance.
GROUPS EXCEEDING 6 PASSENGERS:
Please check on our group cancellation policy
with the sales consultant.
ALTERATION TO TOURS:
The company reserves the right to change the itinerary, accommodation or mode of transport should conditions necessitate such alteration. Transportation will be in an air-conditioned microbus, midicoach or sedan according to the number of passengers booked on a tour.
FARES:
Fares advertised include transportation, entrance, conservation fee, daytime game drives, night drives listed, sightseeing, dinner, bed and breakfast. Clients visiting a private lodge will have
game drives by open safari vehicle or bush
walks. The following services are excluded - lunches, drinks from the bar, telephone calls, tips, porterage, laundry and other personal expenses.
SECURITY:
All our guides carry cellular telephones and keep in touch with the office on a daily basis. We have a reliable emergency back-up system in place.
BAGGAGE:
On small group tours passengers are allowed one suitcase plus an overnight bag.
Please advise our office if you expect to have
excess baggage.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Whilst Wildlife Safaris (Pty) Ltd. their
employees, and/or agents will take every care
against such contingencies, they cannot be held
responsible for any delays or missing of onward
travel arrangements by air, road or rail and
shall be exempt from liability for any loss,
damage or injury to any person and / or his
/ her luggage or personal property.
Wild
Animals:
Although attacks by wild animals are rare,
guests are reminded that many of the animals and
reptiles they will see are potentially
dangerous. Wildlife Safaris, their guides,
contracted Tour Operators, selected private
lodges and national parks cannot be held
responsible for any injuries caused during an
incident involving the behaviour of wild
animals.
INSURANCE:
It is strongly recommended that passengers have adequate insurance against cancellation, loss of baggage, personal accident and medical expenses.
HEALTH:
We advise passengers to take precautions against malaria
including insect repellent & protective clothing
particularly during the rainy season from
October to May. Ask our sales consultant for
advice on the recommended medication.
Please bring sunglasses, casual clothes, swimsuit, long pants with a jacket for night drives, comfortable shoes, torch and your camera.
5 . PASSPORTS
South African immigration authorities require 2 empty pages for their entry & exit stamps plus any visas to southern Africa .
